What does GNP Steel Trusses build?

We fabricate, supply, and install pole-barn structures. Our core builds are barns, barndominiums, stables, workshops, garages, and custom pole-barn builds — storage, covered arenas, event spaces, commercial shells. If it goes up on a pole-barn frame, we can build it.

How much will my build cost?

It depends on size, finish level, and site conditions. Rough ballparks: open-sided ag barns $20–$35 per sq ft; enclosed workshops and garages $30–$55 per sq ft; finished barndominiums $80–$150+ per sq ft depending on interior spec. We provide detailed written quotes after a site visit — no surprise line items.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. We handle permitting, engineering stamps, and inspection coordination throughout every Florida county and our Georgia service area. You don't need to chase down the county building department — that's our job.

How long does a build take?

Standard open-sided and enclosed pole barns are raised in 2–4 weeks once site prep is complete. Workshops and garages typically run 3–6 weeks. Finished barndominiums run 4–9 months end to end, depending on the interior scope. Permit timelines vary by county — we'll give you a realistic window with the quote.

Are your buildings hurricane-rated?

Every structure we build in Florida is engineered to meet or exceed local wind-load requirements, including HVHZ zones when applicable. Hurricane ties, rated fasteners, engineered steel trusses, and code-compliant framing are standard — not upsells.

What materials do you use?

In-house fabricated steel trusses, pressure-treated posts and girts rated for ground contact, commercial-grade metal roofing and siding panels, and galvanized or stainless fasteners engineered for coastal humidity. We don't cut material corners.

Do you handle site prep, concrete, and electrical?

We can coordinate site prep (pad grading, gravel, concrete slabs) and rough-in electrical and plumbing through trusted partners. Alternatively, if you have your own preferred subs, we're happy to work alongside them.

Do you offer financing?

We work with lending partners that specialize in residential improvement and construction financing. Ask during your quote call and we'll point you in the right direction.

What warranty do you offer?

Our builds carry a written workmanship warranty plus manufacturer warranties on steel trusses, roofing panels, and structural components. You'll get the full warranty details with your quote.

How far will you travel?

All of Florida — panhandle to the Keys — and into South Georgia. For projects outside our standard coverage area, give us a call and we'll see if we can make it work.

Can I modify a quote after it's issued?

Of course. Quotes are a starting point. Add a lean-to, upsize the doors, upgrade the trim package, change the color — we'll re-quote at no charge until you're happy with the plan.
